Spin & Win Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: The Ãmen Rewards – Spin & Win Campaign is valid until 31 August 2026, unless extended, suspended, or terminated earlier by Ãmen.

1. The Ãmen Rewards – Spin & Win Campaign is available only for eligible motor insurance policies purchased through the Ãmen App during the campaign period.

2. Rewards are available only for policies with a minimum total premium of BD 64.9 (including VAT).

3. The reward type and value are determined by the policy premium and the applicable reward category.

4. Customers must claim their reward through the Ãmen App by selecting My Policies → Claim Gift.

5. Reward fulfilment may take up to seven (7) business days from the date the reward is successfully claimed.

6. Rewards successfully claimed during the campaign period will remain valid and will be fulfilled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, even if fulfilment occurs after the campaign end date.

7. Rewards are subject to availability. If a reward becomes unavailable, Ãmen reserves the right to substitute it with another reward of equal or greater value.

8. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

9. Each eligible insurance policy qualifies for one reward only.

10. If an insurance policy is cancelled, refunded, amended resulting in ineligibility, or declared void before the reward is redeemed, the reward will automatically become invalid.

11. Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, campaign, reward, voucher, coupon, referral benefit, or special pricing unless expressly stated by Ãmen.

12. Certain rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the participating merchant or service provider.

13. Ãmen reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any reward.

14. Any misuse, abuse, fraud, or attempt to manipulate the campaign may result in disqualification and cancellation of the reward.

15. Ãmen reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
